The Young Achievers Award

Since 2009, The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and Aspire recognize and reward three young achievers in the field of sports, academics, civil society, art or culture who demonstrate extraordinary conviction and awe-inspiring accomplishments in their lives. Our young achievers are all under 30 and trail-blazers in their fields. The awards are conferred on these young, enterprising and talented individuals to inspire the young generation to achieve and craft India’s destiny by facing challenges, overcoming obstacles and pushing themselves to excel against all odds. For example, one of our winners in 2012, Arunima Sinha, created a world record in May 2013 when she scaled Mt. Everest on an amputated leg.
